Tony arranged our day trip to Capri for our family of 3. The communication was great from the time we booked, up until the day of the tour. Tony picked us up promptly and took us the boat. He gave us so much information on the areas we were seeing. Stopping along the way to take some great pictures. Made reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant in Amalfi with a view for lunch. We had such a wonderful time with David. We also used them for a private transfer from Sorrento to Pompeii with Tony and Melania. They were prompt in picking us up at our hoteland talked about the different areas we passed along the way. They made sure we got our luggage secured before we started our Pompeii tour. Picked up at our hotel and driven to Pompeii where we were met by our group tour guide for a 2 hour tour through the history of Pompeii. We hopped back in the car and were whisked off to a winery where we enjoyed one of the best lunches of our trip and some breathtaking views. The heat was stifling so we then were driven back to our hotel rather than the tour of the vineyard. We had the pleasure of meeting Tony as our driver and his lovely wife at the vineyard. The best part was value for money. We researched various companies including Don Pedro travel and they offered far more for our money. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting this area.Verified transfer to hotel and airport Mr. Tony and his lovely wife picked us up from our hotel in Naples for a transfer to our place in Sorrento on November 2nd. He was on time and loaded our bags into a very comfortable van. Along the way to Sorrento he explained many points of interest along the way. We arrived at our apartment in Sorrento and he helped us unload our bags and make sure we were safely inside. On Sayurday we did the most unbelievable wine tour with him. A MUST thing to do with Tony. We hired him to drive us back to the Naples airport on Monday, November 6th. He arrived at the scheduled time and loaded all of our bags into the van. On the way to the airport we had an unexpected special treat. His wife's family produces hot peppers and makes a very special pepper sauce. We meet her dad and got to tour the factory. She even gave us a jar of the peeper sauce. We learned a lot about local life in the area. We arrived in plenty of time at the Naples Airport. He helped us carry the bags to the gate and explained things to the ticket agent. If you ever need a transfr from anywhere in the area please contact Tony at Don Pedro travel. He will give you the best price and the best treatment. We would give Tony and his lovely wife 12 stars.Verified Wine tour with Mr. tony Mr. Tony picked us up at our hotel in Sorrento. He made sure my wife felt comfortable sitting in the front seat. We went to a very special winery by MT. Vesuvio. He explained everything along the way. When we arrived at the winery he explained some of what goes on. Then we went inside and magic began to happen. We had a breath taking view of the vineyards and you could see the bay of Naples. The owner came and greeted us. We proceeded to test 4 wines and had unbelievable lunch. I can't begin to describe it. We finished with two desserts and two small after dinner drinks. We did purchase wine to be shipped home. We then had a small group tour of the vineyards. Just amazing. He then took us to a church in Pompeii. That was just remarkable. A rare treat. They offer you cold water on a hot day, share funny stories and local history and spend time getting to know you. We felt like we were travelling with friends almost immediately. We loved the winery Tony organised and our entry into Pompeii was made easy with his help! For what you receive, this is a really reasonably priced tour guide experience. We had prearranged private transport from the Naples airport to Sorrento. He was there waiting for us and was very informative during the drive. We also added private transport to other places while we were there because he was so accommodating. Then we added transport to Positano - so much easier than the bus or the ferry with luggage. He arranged for us to be picked up 3 days later to go back to the airport where we dropped off my son and his friend who we met up with in Positano. My husband and I stayed in Naples one might before our flight back. Of course, the taxis were on a one day strike on the day we needed to get to the airport from our hotel. Tony to the rescue! We contacted him that morning and he arranged for a driver that was there within the hour. We cannot say enough about how great Tony was! And we were fortunate enough to meet his love wife, Melania. On our next adventure there, we will also utilize their extensive tour options to explore the area. They also have a beautiful wedding venue. Maybe one of our kids one day?Load more
